Katrina got angry with Shahrukh
Shahrukh Khan is frequently lauded for his conduct and camaraderie. He is known for being considerate, treating everyone with respect, and avoiding any form of offense. However, there was an incident where Katrina Kaif took exception to his words, causing her to become very upset. Shahrukh himself acknowledged this in an interview, where Katrina shared her feelings of hurt, mentioning that he had only praised her as gentle while making more extensive comments about other actresses.
In a promotional interview, Shahrukh extensively praised Anushka but only referred to Katrina as “gentle,” a remark that didn’t sit well with her. In response, Katrina expressed a desire for a fair discussion, pointing out that Shahrukh used merely one word for her while using 25 words to praise Anushka. She questioned the nature of the experience, expressing her thoughts with a thoughtful “Hmm…this was good.”
Shahrukh endeavored to resolve the situation.
Following this incident, when Shahrukh attempted to express further compliments, Katrina, visibly upset, responded with frustration, stating, “You have truly let me down… ‘gentle,’ seriously? It feels like a step down from being hardworking. While working hard may be gentle, it doesn’t convey the essence of what you truly accomplish.” Despite Shahrukh’s subsequent efforts to mitigate the situation by emphasizing that collaborating with Katrina was a unique and delightful experience in his two-decades-long career, Katrina remained steadfast in her rejection of his words. khabar Khzana

In today’s time, technology has developed a lot, and this is the reason why we are seeing so many AI, i.e., artificial intelligence, tools in the world today. With the help of AI tools coming on the internet, we can get many of our tasks done with just one click. Maybe you’ve come across the ChatGPT AI tool online before. It’s an Artificial Intelligence that allows you to ask anything, and it quickly gives you answers in just a few seconds. Plus, there are lots of other things you can do with ChatGPT, too.
However, ChatGPT has some gaps, like not being as good in other languages. That’s why Mukesh Ambani, India’s richest person, wants to join the AI world. His company, Jio, is about to introduce BharatGPT, an AI tool for India, to bring some awesome things to the world of AI.
What is Bharat GPT?
Bharat GPT is an AI model that understands many languages. You can ask it anything, and it can help you with tasks like coding, writing content, and solving math problems. Right now, the team at Reliance Jio is busy developing Bharat GPT. In a recent announcement at the annual Tech Fest, Akash Ambani, the Chairman of Reliance Jio Company, shared details about Bharat GPT. He said, “We’re starting something new with the help of language models and generative AI.”
Bharat GPT is a project that involves working together with IIT Bombay to bring it to life.
Akash Ambani, the head of Reliance Jio, mentioned that his company, starting in 2014, has been putting efforts into developing BharatGPT. They’re collaborating with IIT Bombay to make Reliance the go-to AI tool for the people of India. Additionally, Akash Ambani mentioned that every company in India will have the opportunity to use this tool for their businesses. Reliance Jio will also offer the choice to incorporate AI into the products they plan to introduce in the future.
When will Launch BHARAT GPT ?
As for the launch date of Bharat GPT, there’s no specific date confirmed yet, and Akash Ambani hasn’t shared this information with anyone. However, according to what the media is saying, you might come across Bharat GPT on the internet by the end of the next year, suggesting that Reliance Jio could launch it around that time. It’s worth mentioning that after its launch, Bharat GPT might take over from Chat GPT because it’s expected to bring in many new features. Khabar Khzana

It’s worth mentioning that the interest rates for several other small savings schemes will stay the same.
Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana is now 8.2 percent
The interest you get from Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana is now 8.2 percent, which is a bit higher than the earlier 8 percent. Also, the three-year time deposit interest is now 7.1 percent, a small increase from before. It’s essential to note that the interest rate for the Public Provident Fund (PPF) has stayed the same for the third year in a row.
PPF Interest rates down
The interest for PPF was last changed in April-June 2020, going down from 7.9 percent to 7.1 percent. The government didn’t alter the five-year RD scheme last time. Before today’s news, the interest rates for the government’s Small Savings Scheme ranged from 4 percent to 8.2 percent.
For the January-March 2024 period, here are the interest rates:

In the small savings plans, they’ve only bumped up the interest rates for Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY) and the 3-year time deposits for the January-March 2024 quarter. Everything else in the small savings plans remains the same. And just so you know, the interest you get from the post office time deposit scheme is more than what you’d get from a regular bank fixed deposit. khabar khzana
Maruti Suzuki asserts that before introducing their vehicles to the market, they subject them to approximately 50 crash tests. Recently, the leading Indian automobile manufacturer provided a behind-the-scenes look at their thorough safety testing protocols by releasing internal crash test footage of the latest Fronx SUV. This video provides an exclusive insight into the detailed assessment and validation procedures that Maruti Suzuki vehicles undergo prior to being released for public use.
To make sure their cars are really safe on the road, Maruti Suzuki tests them a lot in a special place where they try to break and damage the cars. They made a video to show how much they care about safety and what they do to keep people inside the cars safe. They do many crash tests to check the car’s safety features. They use special dummies that act like real people to see how the car would protect passengers in a real accident. These crash tests, following the rules in India, show that Maruti Suzuki wants to make a safe space inside the car for people. They also have a part in the car that can crush to absorb impact during a crash, called the crumple zone. They do all of this to make sure passengers are as safe as possible in accidents.
Comprehensive Evaluations
But that’s not all; before the cars are sold, each one goes through more than 50 detailed crash tests. These tests carefully check different things, like how well the airbags work, if the seats get damaged, and what happens to the inside parts of the car. Maruti Suzuki is not just following the basic rules; they are going above and beyond. By always doing these crash tests and strict checks, the company is working hard to create cars that make driving safer, especially when the roads are unpredictable.
Soon, Maruti cars will receive Bharat NCAP ratings.
The Bharat NCAP, a crash test rating system introduced in India this year, is a big step forward in making sure cars in the country meet safety standards. They recently rated the safety of two cars, and more ratings are expected soon. This gives consumers the power to make informed choices about the safety of the cars they buy. Maruti Suzuki is also focusing more on car safety, as seen in their strict crash tests for the Fronx SUV, as shown in a recent video.
This aligns well with what the Bharat NCAP aims to achieve. The effort to prioritize safety not only shows how car manufacturers are changing but also resonates with Indian consumers. Both regulatory bodies and manufacturers are putting more emphasis on safety standards, which is influencing how people in India feel about buying cars. As people become more concerned about safety when buying cars, the combination of Bharat NCAP ratings and Maruti Suzuki’s safety efforts is making consumers feel more positive. Buyers are increasingly choosing cars that prioritize safety, and this is pushing manufacturers to keep improving safety features and show their commitment to making driving safer in the country.
The Fronx has a nine-inch touchscreen system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also has features like automatic AC, rear AC vents, wireless phone charging, and a 360-degree camera. Safety features include dual front airbags, hill hold assist, an electronic stability program, ISOFIX child seat mounts, and three-point seatbelts for all five passengers. The higher-end models have up to six airbags, auto-dimming IRVM, and a 360-degree camera.
The Fronx is powered by Suzuki’s 1-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine, now with Maruti’s mild-hybrid tech. It produces 100 PS and 148 Nm and is available with a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. There’s also a 1.2-litre Dualjet naturally aspirated petrol engine option, making 89 PS and 113 Nm, with choices of a five-speed manual or a five-speed AMT. The CNG version uses the same 1.2-litre petrol engine (77.5 PS/98.5 Nm) from the Baleno CNG, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission,
Boasting a fuel efficiency of 28.51 km/kg. Maruti claims fuel efficiency figures of 21.79 kmpl for 1.2-litre MT, 22.89 kmpl for 1.2-litre AMT, 21.5 kmpl for 1.0-litre MT, and 20.1 kmpl for 1.0-litre AT. The Fronx’s dimensions are 3,995mm in length, 1,765mm in width, and a height of 1,550mm, with a wheelbase of 2,520mm and a boot space of 308 litres. Competing with models like the Nissan Magnite, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, and Renault Kiger, the Maruti Fronx is positioned among these popular crossover SUVs.
Maruti FRONX Variants
It is available in five trim choices: Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha.
There are six single-color options: Nexa Blue, Grandeur Grey, Arctic White, Earthen Brown, Opulent Red, and Splendid Silver.
Additionally, there are three two-tone options: Earthen Brown and Bluish Black, Opulent Red and Bluish Black, and Splendid Silver and Bluish Black.
Maruti FRONX Price
The starting price for the base model of the FRONX in India is Rs. 7.46 lakh. The highest-priced FRONX petrol model is Rs. 13.13 lakh. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) remains alert and committed to act early and decisively to prevent any build-up of risks, said RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das on Thursday. He stated that the recent implementation of macroprudential measures, aimed specifically at tempering lenders’ enthusiasm in certain segments of retail loans, reaffirms the central bank’s dedication to maintaining financial stability while ensuring the continued availability of funds for the productive needs of the economy. “We remain alert and committed to act early and decisively to prevent any build-up of risks. Our recent macroprudential measures to curb lenders’ exuberance towards certain segments of retail loans underline our commitment to preserve financial stability without compromising the availability of funds for productive requirements of the economy,” he said in a foreword to the Financial Stability Report (FSR). After issuing warnings to banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) about the escalating levels of unsecured loans, including personal loans and credit card debt, on November 16 of the current year, the regulator raised the risk weighting for such loans from 100 per cent to 125 per cent. Additionally, a 25 percentage point increase was implemented for the risk weighting of bank loans extended to higher-rated NBFCs. Das further stated that despite facing global headwinds and emerging challenges such as technological disruptions, cyber risks, and climate change, the commitment of the central bank is unwavering. The focus remains on fortifying the financial system, encouraging responsible innovation, and fostering inclusive growth. He highlighted that the health of the Indian financial system is on a positive trajectory, marked by multi-year high earnings, a low level of stressed assets, and robust capital and liquidity buffers within financial institutions. Substantial progress has been made since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in steering both the economy and the financial system. Now, it is crucial to consolidate these achievements, propelling the economy toward a higher growth trajectory while maintaining macroeconomic and financial stability. Over 5 lakh visitors are expected to visit the Statue of Unity in Gujarat for New Year celebrations. The iconic site has witnessed a significant surge in the number of visitors ever since COVID-19 restrictions were lifted in the country. As the country is all set to welcome New Year 2024, a record-breaking number of tourists, exceeding five lakh, are anticipated to visit the iconic Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue, built in Gujarat. Notably, during Christmas Eve (between December 23 and 25), more than 2 lakh tourists flocked to the site.
COVID impact on Statue of Unity
Across the country, the last week of December witnessed a significant surge in travellers celebrating Christmas and the New Year. This year, Gujarat’s Statue of Unity is poised to witness a record-breaking influx of tourists. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Statue of Unity in Gujarat’s Narmada district on October 31, 2018. However, due to the two-year-long impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the site experienced a decline in visitors, and for a considerable time, it remained closed. However, after the lifting of COVID restrictions, the iconic site in Kevadia has experienced a consistent rise in visitor numbers, and this year’s figures are expected to surpass previous records.
Estimated Tourists Per Day at the Statue of Unity
This projection is based on the fact that during the long weekend around Christmas, 2 lakh visitors arrived in just three days. With another long weekend anticipated for the New Year, the figures may cross the four lakh mark. Notably, a record was set on Saturday when an astounding 80,000 tourists visited within a single day. On Christmas day, December 25, the monument welcomed 70,000 tourists. The Statue of Unity stands as the world’s tallest statue and offers a myriad of entertainment options for visitors. In the last week of December 2022, over two lakh tourists visited, while this year’s estimate may go past four lakh.
Attractions at the Statue of Unity
Whether it’s river rafting for the youth, a children’s nutrition park for kids, different gardens for the elderly, or a health and wellness forest for those interested in botany, the site caters to various interests. Additionally, a Unity Cruise operates amidst the picturesque hills, and at night, the ‘Narmada Aarti’ takes place along the Narmada River, accompanied by a digital show.
Height and Weight of Statue of Unity
The total height of the structure is 240 m (790 ft), with a base of 58 m (190 ft) and the statue measuring 182 m (597 ft). The height of 182 metres was specifically chosen to match the number of seats in the Gujarat Legislative Assembly.
The Statue of Unity weighs around 67,000 tonnes and was designed to survive significant earthquakes as well as strong winds. Approximately 12,000 bronze panels weighing over 1,850 tonnes were utilized on the exterior.
Cost of Statue of Unity
Now if you are wondering about the Statue of Unity cost of construction, here’s an estimate. Funded partly by the state and the central government through the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Trust, the Sardar Patel statue cost a staggering INR 2,989 crore (407 million US dollars).
The operating hours for the Statue of Unity are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day from Tuesday to Sunday. The Laser Light and Sound Show is available daily starting at 7:00 p.m., excluding Mondays. The site is closed on Mondays to facilitate maintenance work.
